yesterday I had my last field trip, and it was one of the best ever.
We went to white oak mountain, which is about half an hour away from school, which is like 3 minutes away from my house. Anyway, it was so much fun. We caught over 20 turtles, and some other animals. It was a little chilly and rainy, but for late may I think it was pretty good.
Here are the awesome beyond awesome boots I bought for the trip.
Some of the turtles we caught.
a photo of the largest with the smallest turtle we caught.
Then we found this little newt.
And this little guy.
He almost got away! [here are the kids on the trip]
Gibson, Lee Carter, and I were the only ones that went wading in the swamp. It was awesome.
Here is Gibson showing off a tad pole...
I was excited to hold it. =]
Next we went to the creek, which was the best part. =] I found crayfish.
Here is me and PKatie, or Katie Prescott I should say.
I was trying to give him rabbit ears [he didnt know i was in the picture] but it didnt work out.
Here's Mrs. Renyer. She also went on the trip. She's like our IB coordinator, and she's awesome.
Anyway, it was the best field trip ever. I'm glad my last one was the most memorable. =]

that looks like so much fun! I remember when I used to just get in the mud or rain and just not care... now it gets me all stressed out. Probably because I know I already have a ton of laundry to do at home LOL
This was a really great blog post! Fun stuff!
