It takes a minute to get to the dancing part, but it's well worth it. We watched this video in le classe de francais quatre. (fourth)
anyway, the novel is in french & we read it. So we watched the english movie. It's about a little boy from a strange planet that comes to earth and the first thing he comes across is said snake:

that kids voice is so adorable. I vaguely remember this movie, but I definitely recall the animated series "The Adventures of the Little Prince"! I loved that as a kid :)
